Course Outline
Duke CE Advanced Leadership for Government Translating Strategy Into Results, the first course in the Duke CE Advanced Leadership for Government program, sensitizes leaders to the mindset required to think and act strategically as they lead and execute work in their organizations. Participants will focus on the skill sets needed to translate the larger organizational strategy into their own work and design their own strategies for implementing this work. In addition, participants will learn how important it is to have a strategic framework of reference that aligns the strategy with the critical areas of operations and people in order to enable effective implementation and desired results.
